You know, at this point Im not swollen, just hurt. I havent gained

OK in that case you may need to go higher. Low or high both cna cause

fluid retention and the pain may be poor ciurculation in your feelt from

low sodium.

My feet hurt for several months last year. It was a hypo thing. When

I switched to Cytomel from Armour they stopped hurting.
