Ann , thank you for your experience. I don't mind the AT

dissolving under my tounge. Also, I don't have to wait so long to eat

breakfast. I found out from that the calcitonin is affected

negatively in AT if you swallow it so, I'm going to stick with taking

AT sublingually. I will divide it: 2 before breakfast and 2 before

lunch. I'll see how that goes.

INTUITION and ADVICE---

It's wonderful to have this group and a wise leader for support. It's

good to know we that have an instinct in our own bodies and, if

necessary, should feel free to adjust what the docs have told us to do

or take. My last doc told me to continue on 90 mg of AT even though I

told him I thought it was making me anxious. He said the blood tests

showed it was fine. I think because my adrenals have healed a bit,

the 90 mg. AT became too much, according to my symptoms. My

nutritionist agreed and muscle-tested me and said I should be on 60 mg

now. And, surprise, surprise, my anxiousness is down about 75%, along

with irregular heartbeats and I'm not taking nearly as much Zanax!!!

I take mine buccally--between cheek and gum, by the bottom molars. Less

obtrusive and less " taste " than under the tongue. Takes a bit longer to

dissolve but that seems to me to be a good thing.
