If I take thyroid 4x/day, 5 hours apart, I could never get any other supplement 4 hours away from it unless I set my alarm to take it in the middle of the night LOL! I once wrote to Lowe with the same question and he said many of his patients do take their thryoid meds in the middle of the night when they get up to pee! lol! I just take armour sublingually to deal with this problem. Otherwise, you're not getting your full dose of thyroid when you take it so close. Otoh, if that is the way you've always taken it, then you're already compensating for that. Dahlia >>My sentiments exactly.
