sluggish. how else to describe it?

I don't know if it's the hot weather (probably) or being overweight in the heat (probably) or just MS (likely). I feel sluggish. Tired and draggy.... My legs are extra stiff and I am afraid to walk outside. How are all of you doing in the summer weather?hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
