Thanks, Melinda W. Melinda, I'm not sure about any PT's in NJ, but I know 'some' ladies go to Beyond Basics in NYC. Even if you have to travel for an initial evaluation (and you can 'handle' an evaluation) I think it's worth it. I know everyone's situation is different, but I truly feel that at least one good evaluation by 'someone' who 'knows' their stuff could answer a lot of questions. I spent the past year 'wishing' that I see Rhonda K. so badly, but thought that it was just out of the question for many reasons...travel, money, no good PT in my area to continue work on me, etc....but still I wanted to go. I am so glad I went, I don't have to 'wonder' if muscles or connective issues are a part of my problem anymore. I now KNOW they are...PT is one aspect of several for me, but it's a big part that I am addressing at home. Keep posting until someone gets back with you, you just never 'know' from day to day who is on the groups...don't give up!
