I am not on RX meds. When I was diagnosed with CFS (Chronic Fatigue

Syndrome) my doctor told me the best thing was a good vitamin

supplement with iron. I can't take most iron supplements, as I am

highly allergic. I am also allergic to Vitamin C and Citric Acid,

which kills off most fruits in my diet. Mostly, my meds are OTC,

including generic ibuprofen, generic percogecic, and generic

Excedrin, because I can't afford the expensive stuff. I use Salompas

patches, which were introduced to me by one of the owners here,

. They work pretty well. I have a massaging chair insert for my

office chair, which I am perpetually in most days due to my

occupation as a writer/poet/minister. These are the ways I deal with

my pain. Granted, they don't solve all the problems as my pain

migrates from day to day and never affects me the same way twice.

I don't have a doctor right now, as I haven't been able to be

considered disabled yet, nor have I had the funds to afford even

minimal insurance, and paying a doctor outright, yeah, right, I just

barely can keep a roof over my family with food to eat, medical care

has to sit on the back burner, regardless.
