guys,

i recently switched from 10mg short acting ambien to the 3mg long

acting lunesta. will this yukky taste in my mouth ever go away?

has anyone tried both and do better on ambien cr? just asking

experience and opinions.

my insomnia is getting worse, so i got some samples for lunesta and an

rx for robaxin i need to fill.

how does ambien cr work, too?

thanks,

marg

thanks debi,

i may end up using ambien cr, too, i will try the lunesta for a bit

longer, but the taste is crappy. it seems that melatonin and rozerem

do nothing for me. i tried them, too.

i can tell my insomnia is making me eat more, too, and a few blood

pressure readings have been higher than normal. it's been in the news

and was on 60 minutes last night that even getting only like 6 hrs of

sleep at night is causing type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, weight

gain, and other physical symptoms along with the pyschological

symptoms.

i recently had my 3rd sleep/mslt tests, which were a waste, because

the tech let me take my ambien and xanax, a bunch of idiots!

take care,

marg
