Guest guest Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 Hi everyone-wondered whether anyone has had this sympton from taking Florinef.I started taking it 31.12.07 and have worked up to 3/4 pill so far as despite being on 37.5 hc my blood pressure remained quite low and struggled to rise on standing (also failed the flashlight test).However for the last couple of weeks I've noticed that I've been getting quite breathless when walking which is something I can't remember experiencing before.I also seem to at times be able to feel my heart beating in my chest if that makes sense.I have no other negative symptons and feel it has helped my blood pressure slightly-it is still quite low but does rise sometimes now (was 100/61 101/62 standing yesterday and 96/58 and 98/55 today).I also feel I can stand for longer and feel a little bit more energetic without getting as tired when I don't feel as breathless.I wondered whether low potassium could be the cause and whether I should be supplementing it as I know some people of florinef need to.It's very confusing as I have had a lot of stress lately and a couple of weeks ago I slipped on some ice and hit my head quite hard which I think shook me up as well.Anyone have any ideas please, thanks. --------------------------------- Support the World Aids Awareness campaign this month with Yahoo! for Good Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
