How is your thyroid doing? I am betting ti si pretty low. If it were me I woudl trade out the Lisinopril for a thyazide Diuretic BP med or an Ace Inhibitor, and then try Ashwaganda and Rhodiola suring the day and about 7-8 PM 500-750MG Phosphatidyl Serine to help wiht sleep. Lisinopril is a Beta Blocker which will also make you more hypothyroid. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
