Guest guest
Thanks Wise-Val, I just took 500 mg porcine pancreatic enzyme.. Didn't feel much.. Hope my trips to the bathroom will improve! Only worried about BEATINE HCL though! And _shouldn't_ all docs run labs before giving these enzymes to people? Hertoghe COULD'VE done it but didn't. I have an app with him in 10 days.................. These emzymes are very safe and you would know by stomach pain if they were too strong fgor you. _,_._,___

Guest guest
NO these things are so safe that labs are not necessary for these to be recommended. Guest guest
Ok! Thanks for your comforting words! I will be adding BEATINE later today or MAYBE better doing so tomorrow, to see what Pancreatic Enzyme will do for me alone. Would that be a wise move? One thing at a time?NO these things are so safe that labs are not necessary for these to be recommended. Almost every one wiht lwo adrnel function needs them. Guest guest
My doc has me on D-Ribose and TMG, but I think that was more for leaky gut. Guest guest
Maybe this brand of enzymes isn't the best for you - sometimes some of the enzymes are sourced from pineapple and pawpaw - if there is a sensitivity to those fruits it won't work. Have you tried taking bicarb to see if that takes the pain away? It might be better to hold off on the enzymes until things in there are a bit healed. A probiotic can be gentler than enzymes and still help digest food. Things like slippery elm as talked about in the post on PPIs might help.
