Guest guest
Thankfully I have never been a soda drinker (much to Robbin's chagrin) so I never buy it, because I know if I DO he will suck it down like nobody's bisuiness...once in a while I will get a 2 ltr of ginger ale for him as a treat, maybe 2-3x a year. I DO use honey, and have been known to use honey and cider vinegar, I just usually forget it make some lol...but I love the stuff...think I'll go make some now ~*~Hugs~*~ ~*~Akiba~*~ Pragmatic Visionary http://www.affiliates-natural-salt-lamps.com/pages/156.php -- Stevia Stevia is the herb that is natural - the one in the grocery store I am leery of the ads for two kinds of sugar are bogus - your body knows the difference honey will not spike blood sugar and it will not spoil the honey and cider vinegar I take in my tea - and water and cider vinegar in a 1 liter bottle 2 - 3 a day have helped me go from 220 pounds in December to 197 yesterday - having sleep apnea I couldn't loose it before - I don't eat cookies, pies, or cake. Ellen does "force" me to try her latest jam in the summer - 1 teaspoon is my limit = good jam - just not on my diet I still use chocolate to help the tylenol and feverfew with my migaines - chocolate is step 2. I have even gone off sodas - only use them for the migraines God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.
