B12 won't methylate mercury at the concentrations that are found in

the human body. Huggins misinterpreted the research literature.

The amount of B12 a person should supplement is an individual thing.

The best thing to do is to start with low oral doses and increase

gradually. Some people do have trouble with large doses, but it

doesn't have to do with methylating mercury.

TK--- he is incorrect.

B12 is apparently a methylator at will

TK--- this is not correct and B 12 can help many people tremendously.

for some it will not.

TK--- some people will have reactions to different supplements because

of their unique chemical make up and the diffenent things they put in

with the supplements, fillers etc.
