Thanks Nick!

I was also wondering how I should dose if I wake up late/early on some days?

Should I take my first dose as soon as I wake up and then follow the same dosing

times as my regular days? Or shift my dosing schedule forward or back depending?

Thanks again!

isocort? Would that be ok? I am hoping to end up taking my >T3 meds 4 times a

day i.e. the same times I take my isocort.

Take the first dose on waking and then be a little sensible, if it's

right at the time of the next dose don't take double but bring them

closer together so by the end of the day you are on the normal timing

and have taken the normal total

For instance if you normally took 7, 10, and 1

but woke at 9am instead

you could go 9, 11, and 1

You will soon find what works for you

Thanks again, Nick!

So if I have to wake up 3 or 4 hours early, but go to bed at my usual time, it

would be ok to spread my doses out more during the day then?
