There isn't much you can do. Either they will deliver it too you (usually

will with a 3-month or less shipment) or they will toss it and the company

you ordered from will send out a new shipment free.

If you find yourself in a bind, get some HC cream to hold you over.

Also, what is the process if it is stopped by customs? Do they send it

and they stated that it is the mail service that is holding it up.

Either they are backlogged or customs might have my order. What do you

suspect happened? BTW-she also stated that someone who ordered from

Frlorida a day after mine, just received it. (jan. 2 it left their

warehouse) Has anyone here had customs hold their order and what do

Depends on which company you use. Most will ship out immediately when they

learn customs didn't fulfill the order. The bad thing about ordering outside

the US is it can take a lot longer so you really don't know. 4 weeks has

been the average for me and that was just for skin creams.

Keep in mind too, it depends on the state. Did you say you are in Florida?

Florida is a state with a lot of illegal trafficking of drugs (and a lot of

other things) so you likely have tighter customs controlling than say

Minnesota. I live in Arizona which is one of those high trafficking states

too, so I imagine they inspect ours more closely than other states. You

might want to check out the government customs website. I read it a few

weeks ago and it gave a lot of info on shipments and how they are handled.
