Guest guest
Greg, I too saw Dr. Grube. I think you emailed me. But she is right avoiding any fish from here on out. You can have amalgam under those crowns (did x-ray show any?). And even though you only have one fillig left, you are still toxic from any you used to have. Brain mercury does not leave on it's own. She is right to remove those teeth as well. Immune assaults, that will not help your recovery in any sense. The gold inlays may have other metals in them. They never use pure gold because it's too soft. She can probably get you some nice porcelain ones. You are in good hands with her. She was phenomenal! > > I am 54 live in NYC and have been struggling with what i thought was > an incurable case of hypoglycemia since i was 18. Guest guest
Hi- Welcome. Like you, I have mercury into the yellow and I used to eat a lot of fish, especially tuna. :-( Others will be able to tell you a lot more but a quick look at your hair test shows you have Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, and Potassium down. This means adrenal problems. If you support your adrenals, you will probably find that hypoglycemia goes away. Since I started on cortisol and DHEA a month ago, I do not have hypoglycemia anymore. You are in the right place and will get lots of support and tips here. ---Katharine gfb333 gfb333@...> wrote: I am 54 live in NYC and have been struggling with what i thought was an incurable case of hypoglycemia since i was 18. Guest guest
What a shame i just love fish. I stopped with the swordfish and tuna a few years ago. Its going to be hard giving up the seabass and Alaskan Salmon. I should start raising them in my basement. they would be called " Mercury free Brooklyn seabass " . Cortisol? what is that exactly? and how do I take it? Thanks Greg Katharine Spehar k_spehar@...> wrote: Hi- Welcome. Guest guest
Hello Greg, I am hoping that others here with a lot more experience interpreting hair tests and commenting on adrenal problems will chime in. Cortisol is a hormone that is produced by your adrenal glands. I can't say for sure that you need cortisol (you will need to test your hormone levels), but it does seem that you have adrenal issues and I believe there is a connection between low cortisol and hypoglycemia. My cortisol is doctor-prescribed but you can also use Isocort, which is OTC. You can also support your adrenals using licorice or adrenal cortex extract, both of which are OTC. If you do a search through the archives, you will find a lot on adrenal support. Search also through the files/links section for adrenal testing. You can test on your own using a 4xday saliva test, if your doctor isn't helpful or supportive. ----Katharine greg baumer gfb333@...> wrote: What a shame i just love fish.
