Guest guest
I think I've finally cleared RT3 - after 6 months but have a high pulse. I'm not sure what to adjust - T3 or cortisol or scheduling? Also, should the highest temp of my day be above 98.6? My temps are in the 98s (up from the 96s). My adrenals are stable, but my pulse is high. My temp rhythm is: 12pm - 98.4 3pm - 98.6 6pm - 99.4 My pulse is generally between 94-100 Haven't had labs since last year & don't have the money for any right now. I'm supplementing with b12, d3 & C. Thanks in advance for help. C.
