Guest guest
How awful! I am so sorry Sharon. I wonder if that stuff you can buy to spray to keep dogs/cats away would do anything? Or maybe go to a farm supply store if you have any there or garden store and see if there is anything you could spread around the outside of the enclosure. Guest guest
Oh no, Sharon! How horrible. My heart is breaking for you and those poor innocent turkeys! Your grandchildren must be so upset. Whose dogs are these anyways? They should be fined for having them run loose. I can't imagine the horror of finding this. What an awful thing to wake up to. Guest guest
Hi KateMy 15 year old granddaughter discovered the slaughtered turkeys this morning. She has been checking on the sitting turkey several times a day to see if the eggs hatched. was so distraught. She is having a hard time going to sleep tonight because of all of this. is the one who takes care of all the poultry and she is worried sick about the chickens and ducks tonight. We don't know for sure who the dogs belong to but we suspect a certain neighbor.BTW... the turkey eggs weren't broken so put them under a duck that is sitting on a few eggs. We are hoping they will still hatch.hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
How horrible~ my folks would be devastated. they have the chickens and turkey, and now a pair of pigeons that they recently had move in with the flock. it is a great loss when you've invested so much love and care to have something come in and destroy them. I am so sorry for your loss~ and the trauma the grandkids are forced to endure.DeeTo: MSersLife Sent: Sat, May 21, 2011 11:18:29 PMSubject: Re: roaming dogs killed our turkeys Hi KateMy 15 year old granddaughter discovered the slaughtered turkeys this morning.
