Pregnenolone is worth a try. It is a precursor to cortisol and is easy to get some (online or HFS) and try it. > So does andy's book suggest corticsol and hydrocortisone for this > > > > SEcond part of test show Low Total SIgA (less than 6) and depressed > > Remarks say: > that this problem is mediated by increase cortisol and or > catecholamine Andy recommends vitamin A for low SIgA. > Is this what andy says to use ? > > Both doctors that i had been to gave me isocort which i think did > diddly -squat and I think it was on this forum said that was > not helpful for this problem Some people report Isocort is helpful for them. If it didn't work for you, then I would try to get some HC, but until then consider the pregnenolone. DHEA can give some additional help. I used herbs (ashwagandha and others) and found them very helpful when my numbers were lower than yours. Personally I am pretty sensitive to hormones and I would say start with small amounts, but this is just my experience and not everyone has trouble. -- > Thanks > > >
