Re: ABA Service Provider Caution

Good afternoon:I have tried several agencies in Florida who provide ABA services and they promise to have the best services but unfortunately they don't.A lot of providers have students to provide the ABA therapies under a BCBA supervision, which may be o.k. for other families. I have already helped students in the past but at the moment I need an experiencie therapist who can go on where my son was left. The worst part, when I call each agency, they assure me that they do not have students. Meantime, I have waited 3 or 4 months for the services to start...I want to ask all providers to be honest and display all the information necessary for parents to make an educated decisions.

Also, the providers assured me that they have the technology and tools for reinforment but they don't. Be carefull what you choose and make sure they do not waste you time and they did with me and my son still without services. Jeannette V. Suarez
