KittyI tested positive to ebv too. Its not just lyme its the co infectiions that also aren't good. Lyme is very difficult to diagnose and I know it can also wreck havoc on adrenals and thyroid. I am going to look into it as it has been on my mind. I do have aloit of symptoms of it. You don't have to have he rash, you can have it without it. Please Lyme disease can be really tricky :( I have not had it fortunately but do know there are quite a few tests that can be run. I have also heard that EBV can wreak havoc on the cortisol output. I know I have that! Happy to hear scans were negative :D The bad thing about lyme ticks is you can't see them. They are very small and not everyone is able to catch the 'bulls eye' rash depending on where they are bit :( KittyFrom: Whitfield <starlightvisions (AT) verizon (DOT) net>To: "RT3_T3 " <RT3_T3 >Sent: Sat, May 15, 2010 9:31:20 PMSubject: Re: Re: I need help, not feeling well! Please Yes adrenal glands are fine I had a cat scan, no tumors. A friend of mine said maybe it can be Lyme disease. I was tested for it last year and was negative, but I hear most tests do come out negative. I do live in tick country though, and have been bit multiple times.Sent from my iPadOn May 15, 2010, at 8:28 PM, kitty Haindl <cubblebubble@ yahoo.com> wrote: Have you been to a doctor? I think adrenal tumors can cause high cortisol but leave you 'looking' normal.
