Guest guest
I have the same question. I have taken Tyronine in the recent past to help boost dopamine for better attention. I did find it gave me a bit of a lift energetically as well as cognatively. Dopamine is neurotransmitter made in the adrenals so if your adrenals are sluggish you may have low dopamine. People with High RT3 tend to have sluggish adrenals. So it makes sence why people with AF may want to take dopamine but if it causes more problems with the thyroid is it worth it? I have seen people with Hashi say Tyrosine can inflame their thyroid. But back to the main question. Is tyrosine problematic for people with a RT3 problem? > > HI-- > I have been taking L-tyrosine for several years (1000mg). I'm wondering if I shuold stop now that i've found out I have a rT3 issue? > > Thanks! >
