Guest guest
Thanks for the reply. I was beginning to think nobody was going to. I have had saliva testing done. I do have adrenal fatigue. I have lower, in range numbers in the morning, normal throughout the day and then I have high. out of range cortisol at midnight. The armour used to help me sleep better, but now I am doing worse. How would one ramp up on HC cream? I use 3 capsules of Nature's Way licorice in the early AM. I think it helps. I think it would be hard to use cream accurately? Thanks for the info!

Guest guest
I went for almost 3 years with no sleep. Zombie land! I do not remember what it feels like to sleep in.
Guest guest
Not really hard. You can use either a special scale or a medicine syringe that is made for infants. You know the kind you squirt into their mouths. Just pull the plunger out and fill it with cream. Then you measure out whatever dose you need by counting the marks. The one I have has 6 lines per 1/4 tsp. 1/4 tsp equals 10mg HC for 1% cream. So 5mg would be 1/8tsp, and 2.5mg would be 1/16th tsp. Rie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright > Thanks for the reply.
