Guest guest
I'd add to this that my gyn advised me to try and have (though maybe painful) orgasm of any kind on as regular a basis as possible - as this also floods the area with blood. Any areas not getting proper nourishment due to whatever reasons would be getting it this way (so to speak LOL!!!!!!)Dustyftedv wrote: Hello,I wanted to post this since I had tried things to help my vv but nothing recently seemed to help. I used natural soaps, topical essential oils which helped some; still I could not have relations with my husband and thought I would have to live with it.A few months back I had sciatica and went for exercise rehab, with back strenghening and stretching. Along with the stomach exercise I decided to do about 10 Kegels for the vaginal area twice a day. I also used Noni juice about an ounze from the health food store for pain as I am allergic to painkillers.Bottom line is that my vestibulitus seemed to just go away and I couldn't believe it! I think now it might be the cominbation of exercise which increased cirulation with both the back exercises and the Kegels or it could be also in combination with the Noni juice acting as an antinflammatory. I also thought improving circulation and decreasing inflammation would help. I did not expect anything to happen for this when I tried healing the sciatica.I wanted to share this to maybe help someone else as it seems like no doctor knows what to do that is healing except recently suggesting a numbing cream.Good luck and good health!V **IF REPLYING TO THIS POST, PLEASE REMOVE ORIGINAL POST, Thanks for your cooperation! *****
Guest guest
: my humble opinion is that sciatica is the culprit. My PT when I had insurance told me that my piriformis muscle was my problem. The pain in my leg that I described to my regular nurse practioner is what she said was nerve pain. It goes up my leg to the piriformis and sciatic nerve. If I could have PT, I am sure my vulvodynia would vanish. If the HEAT ever stops here in TEXAS I am going to start walking to improve my circulation. GLAD you are HEALED! love, ML
Guest guest
It’s so nice to hear something that works! And it sure goes to show you how we all are so different. I had looked into the Noni juice. But the web research turned me off. “The Morinda company, who first hyped Noni Juice, has been busy settling legal actions taken against them by the Attorney Generals of California, Arizona, New Jersey and Texas. The charges? Making unsubstantiated claims about Noni Juice. Sounds like snake oil salesmen to me.” From: VulvarDisorders [mailto:VulvarDisorders ] On Behalf Of ftedv Sent: Friday, August 10, 2007 1:39 PM To: VulvarDisorders Subject: Vestibulitis Gone!
