Guest guest
Is there any real advantage in buying the low fat or non fat varieties of yogurt or cottage cheese, or are you just shooting yourself in the foot if you do so? Also, other than personal preference, is there any reason why one would buy small curd versus large curd cottage cheese? --
Guest guest
Hello, , I remember reading in a study about two months ago that whole milk and whole milk products seem to have something in them which helps to lower blood sugar, but this goes directly against the prevailing view. Guest guest
I can't speak to Dottie's comments about whole milk being the better choice of the various available milk products. The easiest thing to do is compare nutritional data between products you are interested in. Then, try one, or several, and as we consistently state, put your meter to use.
