Well done, May!!!!

I’m hoping to follow your great example in the weight loss department – I started my transplant evaluation process on Aug. 4th! My “homework” for my next appointment in September is to lose 5 pounds – overall they want me to lose 30 pounds. It is a bit of work, as I am still on prednisone, but I have manage to lose a bit and the exercise helps…that an no more ice cream every night…sigh.

So, if I may ask…Celtic or Rangers??? J
