Guest guest Posted January 23, 2008 Report Share Posted January 23, 2008 Is there an ideal schedule for taking HC? I take 25 mg, 10/5/5/5 at approx. 9am, 1pm, 6pm, 10pm. I find I always wake up around 3-4 am, which is the one low adrenal symptom I never had (waking up in the middle of the night) so it's kind of irritating.
