Ramping help on prescription order.

I have a question on how to order my cortisol for ramping up. My doctor is

willing to let me increase to 15 mg of Cortisol. I have started out on 1.25

twice a day and then continuing to 4 times a day. My current dose is 2.5 mg in

morning and 1.25 4 hours apart for x3. I ready to increase, but I am not sure

how to put the order in. I will eventually be on a 5-5-2.5-2.5. Should I order

all 2.5 or do you order some 5. I am not sure how much at a time they will give

you and what about stress dosing? Do you call in extra for that? My doctor

never mentioned anything about that. I use a compound pharmacy in California

(Holtorf) and it takes a good 7 days to get the medication as I am in Minnesota.

I have been stuck with no medicine for 3 days, but do not want to do this again

on Cortisol. Any suggestions? Thank you!
