Guest guest
I have been on Dr. 's Adrenal Rebuilder since October and my adrenal fatigue symptoms are gone (although I haven't retested -- I'm just going by symptoms). My Dr. also had adrenal fatigue and that's what he took to get well. I got mine at: http://www.yourwaytowellness.com/shop/adrenalstress.htm They were the cheapest place back in October, but you probably should do a web search. Good luck! Amy > > Has anyone used them? WOW! Do you know what stage you were in? Or your cortisol burden? What symptoms exactly disappeared? Thanks, Barb
Guest guest
I don't have adrenal test results - so this may not be terribly helpful to you. I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue by a doctor who has had adrenal problems and also recovered. I am also having thyroid problems and since the 2 sets of symptoms can overlap, it's hard to figure out which is which. Having said that, here are the symptoms that seemed to be totally adrenal and now have gone away. Low blood sugar symptoms. Exhaustion in the morning (afternoon better, evening even better - the general adrenal fatigue pattern)). Trouble getting to sleep, waking at 3 or 4 in the morning and being unable to get back to sleep. (And most nights, waking up 3-4 times to go to the bathroom). Inability to exercise and huge crash afterwards if I tried. Sudden energy crashes for no apparent reason. Dizziness and feeling like I'm fading out - sometimes feeling faint. Brain fog. Anxiety - almost panic attacks at times Low blood pressure (was always about 90/65 and is now 120/80) Now I have better energy. I still deal with sluggishness, but not overwhelming fatigue. I sleep well -- feel calmer, and can exercise. The only thing I'm still dealing with is general weakness, lots of muscle pain, and some weight gain which my doc thinks is due to low t3 -- so I've just started Armour. I also got LOTS of extra sleep, took 2 grams of Vit C a day, a general multi, 400IU extra Vit E, Borage Oil, 1500 mg Pantothenic acid, extra Vit B's, Calcium and magnesium. Hope that helps. Guest guest
Yes. My doc recommended them a year ago when I was first diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and Adrenal exhaustion. Don't know my stage. Doc wanted me on Dr. W's Ad rebuilder and Dr. W's Stress formula. I took the rebuilder @ 6 a day until about a month ago. Stopped the Stress fromula when I was feeling so much better last spring. Crashed this fall... and still not back on track. Cherie and Val said to stop the Rebuilder before my saliva test. I added the salt+1000 mg C+ B100 2x a day and feel much better than I did with the rebuilder. I think Cherie was the one who said that she'd read of others for whom the Dr. W's worked for about a year, then stopped. I'm still very new here and share this only as my personal exp. I'd rely on whatever the moderators say. BTW, I've searched the internet over, and found no cheaper price. I have an almost full bottle of the Rebuilder that I paid $50-55 for and a new bottle of the herbal stress formula, that I can't use as it has licorice and aswanga, which will mess up my saliva test... so they're going to waste.. WE have a local Herb Shop owned by a converted pharmacist, and he read Dr. W's stress formula and said that I culd take a good vitamin twice a day and get the same things, so I've been doing that. Good luck! > > Has anyone used them? Results? > > Where is the least expensive place to order them? > > Thanks! > >
