I haven't tried the enzyme brands you're using, but have a lot of

sensitivities to various phenol compounds in foods. Aren't phenol

compounds in food processed via liver detox pathways that get

overwhelmed with mercury? Kirkman Labs products were recommended to

me by a doctor because their supplements focus on needs of people

with heavy metal detox issues and are hypoallergenic. I think

fillers & impurities can cause a lot of trouble. Although their

enzymes are more expensive, when I know I'm needing really good ones,

these are always reliable.

Also, I've been able to clear up gut problems completely by doing a

Hulda e bowel cleanse (took something like 3 days to a week &

very simple). It addresses bacterial & viral problems. That was

last spring, and it's pretty remarkable the way it worked because I'd

had pretty severe problems for 30 years prior to that.

My diet is restrictive because I had extensive testing done and found

I cannot tolerate dairy, wheat, yeast, nuts & onions, and also must

avoid preservatives, additives, pesticides, etc. For me, the dietary

modifications are essential.
