We used Grape Seed Extract (in liquid form) when my son was young. We put it in his juice before and after school and it worked wonders for a few years. You will have to check with a nutritionist to find out the proper dosage according to your son's weight.

Hi listmates,Can anyone recommend a natural supplement to improve attention? My 14 year old with ADHD takes Intuniv but it's not enough to get him through his HS homework. I don't want to give him a booster at the end of the day. Thank you!Joan

We use Added Attention by Buried Treasure. It is available at Nutrition Smart and maybe Whole Foods, but we buy it online from LuckyVitamins.com. It's usually cheaper online. The only thing it's a liquid and the kids aren't crazy about it, but it works for us. Grape Seed Extract detoxes yeast and parasites which will improve focus and concentration but it is a detox and there might be some behaviors involved.

Wow, never knew that. Never saw any behaviors except improvement in focus and attention.

Pycnogenol 100mg 3 times daily.

Talk to your doc about it and proper dosing.

My son has been taking this dosage (above) it since he was 3.5 or 4. It's been

extremely helpful and it helps with inflammation. It is very well tolerated. I

believe there's easily accessible research on it too.

It can be purchased at Whole Foods.

Hope this helps.

Hi:my son is 10 years old and I was trying a natural medicine that I found in Nutrition Smart, but after 6 bottles I did an allergic test and I realice that he was hyper allergic to the product, now I am using The Neurofeedback Institute in Weston, is not an invasive treatment, no medicines and I have wonderful results with it.(954)217-2444 Dr. Blanco.www.theneurofeedbackinstitute.com Many blessings. Hi Everyone,I recently started to use lemon balm, it's in the mint family and it has many benefits. Google  You can buy it at Wholefoods, it has helped my son with focusing and hyperactivity.
