Guest guest
All ocean fish has mercury in it. Adding mercury to your body while trying to eliminate mercury is counterproductive. After chelating if you choose to consume fish with mercury you may want to use absorbers two hours after eating. Depending on how it makes you feel you may need to do this several times in the day. Guest guest
If you have a metal problem (or even if you don't), you should probably avoid fish such as salmon and tuna, period. Especially tuna. Supposedly line-caught wild salmon is okay, but much of what is sold in stores is really from farms, many in China, and is mislabeled as being line-caught. I used to love fish but have completely given it up because so much of it is unsafe, and it's virtually impossible to distinguish what is safe. The bigger the fish the more mercury. Tuna is definitely to be avoided. Salmon is probably ok (although some would disagree and it probably depends on where the salmon came from).
