Guest guest Posted October 29, 2007 Report Share Posted October 29, 2007 I have done that too and finally learned that " relaxing " the muscles after tensing them is equally if not more important. Ora >. I have walked around for YEARS 'tensing' my pelvic floor muscles without realizing that I was doing it.
