DA -- water is the " universal solvent " and if pure enough, will indeed

draw out plastic molecules from the typical plasitc pails so many

people use it in...

I have an under-sounter reverse osmosis setup at home. A decent

distiller for countertop can be had for around $100., less if you buy 2-

3 or more at a time... got some for my duaghters...

The lack of minerals can be easily overcome by using one of the recipes

created by the World Health Org for dehydration...

In using this, I have lost a lot of water weight and feel MUCH better.

Simply stated, Using salt AND a sugar [glucose] mixed in a pure water

rapidly is absorbed in your intestinal tract and quickly rehydrates you.

You really dont need to drink the gallons of water most people out

there tell you if you drink this. I drink a big glass in the morning,

have one at work and then one early evening.

I get busy, and dont do it, and can tell in my fingers I am retaining

water again [delicate balance between body's cells concerning sodium

and potassium and other trace minerals...]

I use a Celtic salt from VRP and a Sucannat, which is an organic, brown

can sugar crystals...

Its not rocket science to do this:

in a polycarbonate bottle [best one a the moment, or better, use a LEAD-

FREE glass bottle] mine is 1 liter:

one teaspoon of sea salt;

1 heaping teaspoon of Morton's Salt [i use this for the potassium in

it; you may be OK in potassium; lucky you, skip this and use another

teaspoon of sea salt from good source];

1 and 1/2 tablespoons of good glucose source; can be 100% organic maple

syrup {NOT AUNT JEMIMA's!!!]Sugar in the Raw, or other minimally

refined sugar that will dissolve well;

Mix with pure water; put in Fridge for at least 30 mins and then drink

throughout the day.....

Check out WHO.org website for more details; or google " rehydration

formulas, homemade " and see what comes up.... be sure to determine the

whack jobs from the reliable sources...

TAke care, good luck, DA
