Have you identified sources of Hg exposure and Cadmium? > > I started with 25mg DMSA last week. I did 3 days on then 4 off. Felt > pretty rough but ok. Just checked my notes and it was ~round 10. I increased the magnesium (gave extra during night doses). I'm not sure if that was the trick, but the spasms stopped. DMSA gave me uncomfortable gurgling at first too. This went away. I'm not sure if it was adjusting to the DMSA or if it was increased yeast, or if I was trying to increase Vit. C too fast, or what it was. > > I have been supplementing well with Vit C, B complex, E, Selenium, > Magnesium, Molybdenum, Zinc, Milk thistle and Glutamine. How much do you weigh, and how much of each are you taking, and how often? > > Should i continue on 25mg or lower it to half that? Also should i > start again straight away or leave it a few days? > You need to take as many days off as you were on. If the chelation felt " rough " , please lower the dose to 12.5 mg and take it slow. I have read plenty of posts where people have a rough time with chelation if they have not addressed underlying problems such as thyroid and adrenals. Have you had any testing done for either?
