I did the same thing. I was spraying it in my mouth and it seemed to help with

my symptoms I believe are either yeast or fungus. I stopped taking it and now I

take a product from solary called caprylic acid. In additiion to taking a

double O size capsule of milk thistle with every dose I now also take a capsule

of caprilic acid with every dose. It doesn't work over night. But in a week or

two it has cleared up my fungus or yeast. I am able to up my dose this way.
