Guest guest
Me again, asking some more about sulphur stuff. My Kinesiologist has recommended I supplement myself with Taurine, for 2-3 weeks to see what happens. Andy's book, page 163 talks of taurine and everything he says about how it helps digestion makes me think it should be ok, but I just wanted to check here too. I read all the posts everyday and a heck of a lot of sense is talked here. So to recap; I cannot handle sulphur foods, I am lacking/deficient in Taurine, so is it ok to supplement taurine? I was gonna slowly work upto 2000mg per day. Sunshine
