Taurine & sulphur foods

Me again, asking some more about sulphur stuff.

My Kinesiologist has recommended I supplement myself with Taurine,

for 2-3 weeks to see what happens.

Andy's book, page 163 talks of taurine and everything he says about

how it helps digestion makes me think it should be ok, but I just

wanted to check here too. I read all the posts everyday and a heck

of a lot of sense is talked here.

So to recap; I cannot handle sulphur foods, I am lacking/deficient

in Taurine, so is it ok to supplement taurine? I was gonna slowly

work upto 2000mg per day.
