What about restricting high copper foods, supplements such as ox bile, glycine, more B vitamins, a 'liver friendly' diet? I believe W was having similar problems with copper. Perhaps she will give us an update after summer holidays. I tried searching and got mixed results. I have really felt any pain in that area. > There must be some other things to try. What about restricting high > copper foods, supplements such as ox bile, glycine, more B vitamins, a > 'liver friendly' diet? Well I have a reaction to glycine and b vitamins, it's very similar to all these drug/food interactions that copper toxicity causes. I am very very very sensitive to supplements that increase bile. I can only tolerate 500 mg of taurine a day. I come down with intense mercury symptoms that can can last for 5-7 days if I push bile to hard. This is why I can't tolerate ox bile or milk thistle at all (I forgot to mention I've tried ox bile). A low copper diet is difficult to follow but I could try again. I've never tried a liver helpful diet. I honestly still think I haven't cut off my exposure to mercury. I think there are some sources of mercury that aren't listed in The AI book. I just don't understand why I can still come down with intense mercury symptoms (even auditory hallucination and intense depression) 1 year and 3 months after the removal of my fillings. If not mercury there may be some exposure to some other heavy metal. J
