If you are a total wreck, you will most likely feel better once you start to apply some diet and supplement strategies. first step - eliminate sulfur foods from your diet for a week or so (see top of p 196 in the yellow book for a list, write the list of a piece of paper and stick it on your fridge), then add them back and see if you feel better or worse with them. If you feel worse with them then eliminate them. second step - make a list of supplements that you need using pages 133-134 of the yellow book as a guide. Write the list down, double check with this group, paste the list to your fridge, order the supplements, and start introducing them. third step - read Andy's " Diet - How to pick the right one for your kid " in the files section here and try to determine if any other diet interventions would help you. It is difficult for us to predict what would help without knowing your symptoms. As you read the file ask us questions and we can help. For example, gluten and dairy are often problematic. third step - read through www.iaomt.org and find a dentist who will remove your last filling properly. fourth step - order 25 mg caps of DMSA (see sources in the files or links section) and be ready to start chelation soon after amalgam removal. Read through TKs general recommendations for chelation (files section). Basically what you will be doing is taking 12.5 mg doses of DMSA every 4 h for 3 days per week and stopping for 4 days per week starting about 3 days after amalgam removal. >I have had a mercury hair test in the past If the test is from Doctor's Data, use the file " Hair tests - how to post " and post it to this group so that we can help you to determine if there are other things that the test is telling you. it was so > high the doctor was stunned and made so statement about me having to > live with this forever. > I still have one mercury filling left and don't want to disturb it > until i have a detailed plan on how to remove it and start treatment. Guest guest
jaytee & Jan thank you for your quick responses to my call for help. First off my symptoms are STAGGERING 1. NO energy after i wake from 8-9 hours of sleep or during the day 2. mind fog 3. no concentration 4 no memory left I contacted a dentist on the list and he said i must start oral chelation first before removing the filling to replace my lost energy. He said the mercury is eliminated with body waste not through blood stream which makes if safe to do while filling is still in my mouth. this Dr also said i must start using a shower filter immediatly to stop chlorine contamination. I had hair anylysis test completed 2 years ago. should i do it again? I was high in Mercury 3.2 ug/g, Silver .14 ug/g, Bismuth .078 ug/g Lead 2.0 lindajaytee lindajaytee@...> wrote: --- In frequent-dose-chelation , " gfb333 " wrote: > > I have attempted to treat my high levels of mercury for over 2 years > now and can never seem to get started. Guest guest
Andy, before i received your email i visited this dentist and he told me i must do a colon cleanse by tablet form. Then i must get a mercury urine test because its more accurate than the hair elements test. He also said he has been removing mercury fillings for 13 years and refuses to remove any ones fillings before they receive 2 weeks of testing and chelation. I will go somewhere else. can you recommend another dentist in NYC? greg andrewhallcutler AndyCutler@...> wrote: > > jaytee & Jan > thank you for your quick responses to my call for help. > > First off my symptoms are STAGGERING > 1. Guest guest
OMG ...don't listen to this man! Find another dentist, one who is IAOMT trained. Who is this guy? Was he on the IAOMT list? Go for a Huggins dentist, where do you live? My God, sorry, I just can't beleive they told you this. We need to find you someone that will ACTUALLY help you. NEVER EVER chelate while you still have fillings in your mouth. It will pull mercury from the fillings into your brain. You will get sicker. And hell yes, it goes through your blood. I never heard of such a thing... Just removing the fillings alone will produce some improvment in those symptoms along with supplments..lots of em. As for the shower filter..that is fine if you prefer it. But chlorine is not your issue. Mercury is, and the only thing that will make that better is removing the fillings. You don't need a new hair test. Likely your still toxic. Are you anywhere near Pennsylvania?? Or willing to go to PA? I have an excellent dentist there who is Huggins trained. Email me. > > > > I have attempted to treat my high levels of mercury for over 2 years > > now and can never seem to get started. Guest guest
Here is a cheap way to check your adrenals. Get a flashlight. Go into your bathroom and stand facing the mirror. Turn on the flash light, Turn off the bathroom lights. Now shine the light into the side of your eye while you look straight ahead into the mirror. Look at your eyes and watch how your pupils react to the light. They shoud in a person with normal adrenal function...constrict and stay constricted as long as the light it there. If they get small and get larger and get small and larger..and keep fluctuating or just relax and get larger..you have an adrenal problem! You can either do saliva testing. Or you can take adrenal cortext extract (nutricology). Use adrenal supporting supplements or find a doc to help you. (Good luck with that). Go for holistic ones or naturopaths. > > > > jaytee & Jan > > thank you for your quick responses to my call for help. > > > > First off my symptoms are STAGGERING > > 1.
