They are high in selen as far as I have understood and because food is better absorbed than pills, it must be a good source for selen (beside the daily selen/tablet). TK--- depending on where they come from they are a good source of the correct form of selenium but do not over do it as selenium can be toxic also at levels not much above that recommended for supplementation 200mcg/day - this will vary some of course per individual. selenium helps imobilize Hg. > > Kris > Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
