gonna vent and whine now-- BAD back pain

I woke up this morning with the worst lower back pain. I could NOT bend my

back and had to pull myself out of bed by rolling onto my knees onto the floor.

It was horrid. I have a cough and every time I coughed the pain in my right

lower back was excruciating. ICK. What a bad day. The pain in my back did let

up in about an hour after I took my pain medication. I just don't understand

this disease sometimes. Of course, it was really cold here this morning and I

know that cold weather is my enemy.

Do you have an asthma inhaler? For some reason my doctor told me to use that

for that pain.

Muscle relaxer might help also if you have them.

I'm sorry you are hurting like that. I can emphathise and I know how

frustrating it is.

Last time I felt that way I had a Urinary Tract Infection or also had it

with Pnumonia. (sorry for mispelling)!

Call ur doc and ask them for a urine lab test and maybe ask for an x-ray

only if you are coughing alot like a bad cold!
