Personally I like Louise Gittleman's Fat Flush Plan. She markets it for

vanity but its about detoxing. It combines a lot of principles in a well

balanced way that I've found work for me - EXCEPT - she is big on using sulfur

veggies during certain phases to support liver detox. Doesn't bother me.

O/T: Detox protocols

Hi All,

Has anyone got any links for detox regimes involving juicing and fresh

vegetables.

I'm, looking for something that has a prtocol or plan that someone can

follow, not just general suggestions.

A sort of one-size fits all gentle and general detox.

I would prefer one that eliminates fruits (candida), but am open to any

suggestions.

Thanks,

Dean

Personally do not believe in fasting, that said if you are going

to do it you will need lots of information to make better choices.

Make sure you read all the

BSA RN RRR RR R and books list as these give you much more

information. Sort of a clearing house of the information given in each

forum the are listed at the top of page under title. See if you can get

your books through inner library loan, so many really do not have a lot

in them this cuts cost. When you like a book then order it.

Is it possible to cure systemic candida?
