I forgot to mention that I'd ordered GABA as a 'just in case' sort of thing to try sometime. Last night I did at about 7pm after 'retreating' to the bedroom. I got it from Kirkman and took 2 150 mg capsules. It completely knocked me out in about 20 minutes...so I suppose you could say that resolved those symptoms! LOL!!! It was an interesting experience, because I'd always reacted so horribly to the sedative-type things you're given in a hospital after surgery (I'd obsess in a sort of twilight zone & never really sleep for days on that stuff).
