IE somebody with mercury copper at 2 mg BAD idea. Cu and HG are synergistic poisons so is manganese. Alot of people have both, like me (lucky me!). ALA would be a problem given randomly with mercury, although for me taking ALA randomly in the supplements that I had never did anything to me specifically. Knowing what I know now I would never take ALA randomly. The amino acids in the formula can cause problems. Mercury can cause one to be unusually high and low. So randomly taking taurine, or glutamine etc could cause a reaction. Even niacin could screw somebody up with messed up liver phase metabolism as could niacinamide it depends on the situation. (or it could help greatly) Based on AI I would recommend a hair test, see if it meets counting rules. Read AI see what your symptoms are and supplement Amino Acids based on testing and symptoms. (amino acid profile) Best thing is to not take things randomly. There are safe things like vitamin C and B complex etc, this is what I recommend after some reading. One of the things andy says is that agents, vitamins, drugs, minerals do what they are going to do chemically regardless of what somebody wants them to do.
