Guest guest
>>ANYWAY -- why do you think my period showed up? Does this mean I am starting to become optimized and my body is getting back on track?<< This certainly sounds liek the case. YAY even though i don't miss my periods they ARE a sign of normalcy and for your age, certainyl should be present. I sometimes think too little emphasis is placed on the sex hormones in this hormone juggle we do. I know the estrogen and Progesterone I have recently added are making my life better adn I feel soon I may be starting Testosterone as well. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
Guest guest
YAY! Yay is right! My periods were never too bad so I truly welcomed its return! I agree that we do not give enough credence to sex hormones. I know you spoke of having some success recently in that department, too. I do think that adding the progesterone to my protocol made a big difference. But I was not 'sold' on it for a while. It took some patience on my part and also my doctor learning and expanding his mind a little over what he used to believe to be true. I don't need any estrogen (I was not high in it - just had too low of a progesterone). My testosterone levels came up a little while on progesterone but it is likely I will start with that as well in the near future. I hope your journey continues to get better too Val. Thanks for your time this morning (I know Saturdays are very busy for you in the shop)...and thank you for all of your past help. > > >>ANYWAY -- why do you think my period showed up?
