Hi Stefany,

How long have you been doing well on just 3/4 grain of Armour? What

was your starting dose and how did you increase it? What time(s) of

day do you take your Armour?

I am curious because I just started my Armour 1.5 weeks ago. I spoke

to my doctor about the possible need to go up to a minimum of three

grains and he told me that he would not be surprised if I wound up

feeling good on a lower dose.

I am also gluten intolerant. My EnteroLab testing in 2006 showed a

gluten intolerant gene and a Celiac gene. The rest of my testing was

negative which may have been the result of being gluten free several

years before I tested. I cannot say that I feel better on my gluten

free diet except that I do not have my " gut attacks " anymore. I am

hoping that my new Armour is another key to feeling better. I just

ordered the thyroid antibody tests from Health Check USA over the

weekend; my saliva antibody test was negative but I am interested in

what the blood work will show.

Thanks,

Kathy
