Sick, but should I stress dose when my bp is high???

I am very sick today with some sort of virus (headache, nausea, sore

throat and glands). I took my usual 10mg of hc this morning. I am

feeling awul so decided to take my bp and it was 122/79 (yellow zone)

sitting and 126/90 standing (red zone). That is the first time I have

ever gotten a red zone reading.

So should I stress dose? My bp did go up when I stood up.
