The important ratio is FT3/RT3 which in your case is 2100/320 = 6.5 = horrible. This needs to be 20 or better to feel well. The other labs I don't know enough about to comment on but 2 important ones are missing, Ferritin, which need to be at least 70, and saliva cortisol. There is a good chance these will both be out. You will need to get Ferritin up by supplementing iron, check daily average temperatures and if they are unsteady check saliva cortisol. If that is out you will need to support your adrenals. Once those pre-requisites are in place you will need to stop any thyroid replacement you are on at the moment and go onto T3 only with weekly increases for 3 months or so at which point the RT3 which is causing you resistance to thyroid hormone will clear and you can drop the T3 dose accordingly. After than you can try swapping back to natural but you might find it's better to stay permanently on T3. There is a lot about this on this web site, have a read through it and feel free to ask questions www.thyroid-rt3.com Nick
