Changing from slow release to quick release T3, should I adjust dose

HI everyone

Due to a mix up at the pharmacy I accidently began the reverse T3 protocol with

Slow Release T3. Im about get my new order of quick/normal release T3 and Im

wondering if I should adjust my dose. Im up to taking 64mg of slow release T3

over the day.

I would start with HALF that dose. That is about how much stronger the

reular T3 is and be sure to break the dose up to 4 times a day,
