I would start by increasing bedtime dose and you can take it right AT

bedtime, I do every day. I do think once you get enough T3 in your

system the beditme dose lasts to give oyu good AM levels, in fact I knwo

it does as I take NONE in the AM before a blood draw and mine is 5.5 for

a FT3 right now.
