Guest guest
Stress can cause low or high cortidol either of which causes adrenaline and RT3. -- http://nthadrenalsweb.org/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://faqhelp.webs.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
Guest guest
So how do I know if I need to stress dose HC then? This is so complicated! Still feeling stressed. Considering leaving in the 10 mcgs of T3 _and_ adding that extra 1/4 bit of ERFA Thyoid, instead of removing 10 mcg of T3 and adding the 1/4 bit. Stress can cause low or high cortidol either of which causes adrenaline and RT3.
Guest guest
, A little friendly advice: (1) You have to pick something and just stick with it for a certain period of time. Constantly changing things does not help you figure out what is going on. I know how you feel and the temptation to change things constantly is great when you don't feel well. I have been there myself. BUT if you must pick a plan and stick with it or you will never know what is going on. Either you are going to do Hertoghe's plan and report back to him that it's working or not working OR you dump his plan and pick a different plan. But you must pick something. (2) You have got to get your anxiety down! THis only makes your adrenal situation worse which then causes more anxiety which then causes more adrenal stress. It's a never ending cycle, see? I can tell by your posts you are constantly worried and in a state of anxiety and stress. You need to find a way to deal with this: meditation, breathing exercise, theanine, whatever. Heck, your heart problems could be from all your constant worrying and anxiety. I am trying to help you here. I have suffered with anxiety aned type A persdonality my whole life and I am sure it is what helped to ruin my adrenals. You must try to find a way to CALM DOWN. Guest guest
Thank you for your kind words of empathy!However.. I see no reason for why I would stress or have anxiety now! I take iron, my Ferritin is around 70, HC at 30 mg daily, I don't take too much T3 (rather too little) and still I feel extremely stressed today. Today is the first day I've felt stressed in a long time.I feel some air hunger, and I have a constant uneasy feeling in my chest. I feel stress inside and I don't know how to remove it! It's driing me NUTS!So the question would be... CAN ONE STRESS FROM HIGH CORTISOL???- And HOW would I know if I need to take more HC if I feel stressed? If stress can appear from both LOW _and_ HIGH cortisol?I am scared - cause nobody seems to know what to do with my body/health! This is day 2 Hertoghes clinic did not return my call as they promised!I need to lay down... Hope someone can give me some words of wisdom regarding my HC intake! Could this all be adrenaline from too LOW cortisol? Do I need MORE HC? I was taking 37.5 mg daily until a few weeks ago when I started taking less and less.... Down to 30 mg HC daily now. No idea which dose I need.I am _scared_ of taking more HC, or "stress doses", cause, what IF it's HIGH cortisol making me stressed? Then it would be dangerous (?) to take more HC. Also, what can make the heart beat faster, LOW cortisol? HIGH as well, or what?Temp has been elevated by 0.2 C or 0.4 F for 3-4-5 days now...Thanks for your time! , A little friendly advice: (1) You have to pick something and just stick with it for a certain period of time.
